On Saturday 3/5/16, I met up with Uzziel Valdiviezo at one of his properties in North Dallas within the sophisticated Bent Tree neighborhood.
This 2bed/1.5bath rental condo was all I had envisioned. I had searched for a place about 2 months and would not settle. I wanted a place that I would immediately fall in love with. I was mainly looking for a gated community in a prestigious and safe neighborhood, privacy, space/storage,townhouse style, washer/dryer included, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, French style stainless steel fridge with bottom freezer, and upgraded/modern look.
Uzziel has been the best realtor I've ever worked with. He ensured that I get exactly what I wanted. He is very informative, patient, and honest. He took his time to answer all my questions. Most importantly, he responded to my emails and phone calls almost immediately even on weekends and after hours .
I plan on working with Uzziel when I am ready to buy my first house.
